Start from the work you need
OEM and ODM labels can cover different responsibilities. Tell us whether you have a finished design, want changes to a reference product or need a new concept reviewed. The engineering scope, ownership of supplied materials, tooling and deliverables should be agreed for the actual project.
01 — Share a product brief
Identify the product category, target users and destination market. Add the expected order quantity, power requirements, reference drawings or models and the changes required for your brand. Mark undecided items so they can be discussed rather than assumed.
02 — Review feasibility and quotation scope
Review the reference specification, customization, tooling needs, sample plan and packaging. Confirm the proposed Vietnam production arrangement for the selected configuration. Ask the quotation to identify included accessories, documentation requirements and commercial terms.
03 — Evaluate and approve samples
Agree on sample tasks and inspection criteria before evaluation. Record the approved configuration, results and outstanding changes. Check that branding, instructions and packaging refer to the same version. A reference catalog is not a substitute for this approval.
04 — Agree the production plan
Confirm the order specification, quality criteria, packaging and delivery arrangements before production. Any change to components or artwork should be reviewed against the approved sample and the project requirements. MOQ and delivery timing are confirmed per project.

How long will samples or production take?
Timing depends on the scope, component and tooling needs, approvals and production plan. Request a project-specific schedule in the quotation.
Are all catalog models already manufactured in Vietnam?
Vietnam production availability is confirmed for each project. Identify the model and required configuration so the team can review the production arrangement.
