Describe the material and the finished shape
Supply the material name or specification, thickness and a drawing or physical example of the intended shape. Avoid a blanket request such as “cuts all foam.” Material suitability and the proposed instructions must be confirmed for the actual use. If several materials matter to the range, list each one separately.
Assign a job to each tip
The KSF-110 reference configuration includes a hot wire, engraver tip and long cutting tip. Treat these as three formats to evaluate against your own shapes. Ask which tip is intended for each operation and document the result. A tip that is useful in one part of a model may not be the right choice for another.

Specify the power and handling arrangement
KSF-110 is cataloged at 5W / 5V DC, with USB power, an on/off switch and two holding positions. Include the intended power source and cable arrangement in sample evaluation. Confirm the selling-unit contents rather than assuming that an adapter or every accessory shown in an example is included.
Record a repeatable sample review
Give the evaluator the same material, shape and proposed supply for each sample configuration. Record the selected tip, handling observations and resulting cut. Agree on any acceptance limits with the supplier; do not derive a thickness or speed guarantee solely from the rated power. Retain the approved sample and its configuration record.
Design the kit around use and storage
The reference catalog lists an SS-08 metal sheet stand. Confirm the stand, tip assortment, cooling and storage instructions, replacement components and pack layout for your version. Instructions should describe the approved application and handling rather than promising universal compatibility.
Send a brief that can be quoted
Include material examples, desired kit contents, destination market, initial quantity and branding requirements. Ask Astra to review the requested configuration, sample stage and Vietnam production arrangements. Mark unconfirmed requirements clearly so they can be resolved before artwork and production approval.
